It's just a yolk sac...

Here I am again. Wendi, my friendly neighborhood ultrasound tech who had my mom in a compromising position during this picture, measured how big I am. The box in the bottom right corner shows that I am 0.41cm now! And the big blob to the right of me is the yolk sac, not a giant tumor.
